Four Cheese Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 cherry tomatoes

  • 2 onions

  • 100 g curd cheese

  • 100 g string cheese

  • 100 g Ezine cheese (or feta)

  • 100 g mozzarella cheese

  • 1 bunch parsley

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 500 ml milk

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ cup water

  • ¼ tsp grated nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 pack Aşk Pasta

Preparation

  1. Slice the onions, sauté them in olive oil with a pinch of salt until caramelized, then set aside.

  2. For the béchamel sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour and milk while whisking until thickened. Season with salt, black pepper, mustard, and grated nutmeg.

  3. While the sauce cools, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Dice the cheeses into medium-sized pieces.

  4. Blend parsley with olive oil, salt, and water until it becomes a smooth sauce.

  5. Drain the pasta, mix it with the béchamel sauce, add cheeses and caramelized onions, and combine well.
