Pastrami Pasta Recipe:
Ingredients:

  • 300 g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine recommended)

  • 150 g sliced pastrami

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar or parmesan cheese

  • Salt, black pepper

  • Optional: red pepper flakes

  • Parsley (for garnish)

Preparation:

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions.

  2. Melt the butter in a large pan, add the chopped garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add the pastrami slices, let them slightly crisp and release their fat.

  4. Add the boiled and drained pasta to the pan. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired, then mix well.

  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and stir.

  6. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
