Village Pepper Pasta Recipe
Ingredients

100 g Tulum cheese

500 g village peppers
-
2 pink tomatoes
-
2 cloves of garlic
-
1 sprig of fresh thyme

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp black pepper
-
½ pack Aşk Burgu pasta
Preparation

Clean the stems of the 500 g peppers.

Remove the seeds completely.

Slice the peppers into rings and place them in a bowl.

Crush and finely chop 2 cloves of garlic.

Peel 2 pink tomatoes and cut them into cubes.

Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp olive oil.

Add the sliced peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, tomatoes, and thyme sprig.

Season with salt and black pepper, stir well.

Add a few spoons of pasta boiling water to the sauce.

Boil the pasta for about 10 minutes, then drain.

Add the pasta to the pan and mix thoroughly.

Before serving, crumble 100 g of Tulum cheese on top.
